SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — A car that was spotted past period during what San Francisco constabulary called “an amerciable accumulation of velocity event” that included a idiosyncratic waving what looked similar an AK-47 firearm retired of a model was seized Wednesday, authorities said.
