ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) — Maryland Governor Larry Hogan announced implicit $6 cardinal successful grants to enactment the Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network (MCIN) and heroin coordinators Monday.
The MCIN is simply a transgression justness strategy made up of local, authorities and national instrumentality enforcement coalitions. It was formed successful 2017 to people gangs, drugs, firearms and quality trafficking, the Governor’s Office said.

The awards incliude include $4,908,696 for the 14 MCIN coalitions and $1,362,537 for heroin coordinators for a combined full of $6,271,233.
