BEL AIR, Md. (WJZ) — Harford County Executive Barry Glassman projected authorities that would widen outdoor dining, officials announced Wednesday.

The projected authorities would let outdoor eating by continuing to suspend parking batch requirements and different section regulations connected restaurants, breweries and bars.
