ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) — Governor Larry Hogan announced the creation of the Office of Outdoor Recreation within the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Newly hired J. Daryl Anthony volition service arsenic its archetypal enforcement director.
