FREDERICK, Md. (WJZ) — Frederick Police said they arrested and charged a 46-year-old antheral Tuesday for the equipped carjacking of a taxi and for assaulting the taxi driver.
Officers responded astatine 8:25 a.m. to South East Street, wherever they recovered the victim, who had insignificant injuries. She reportedly told constabulary that a man, identified arsenic Lafayette Sheffield, approached her taxi and asked her to thrust him to a store.
