BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Former Baltimore Colts moving backmost Tom Matte has died, Ravens caput manager John Harbaugh said Wednesday. He was 82 years old.

Matte was with the Colts for his full nonrecreational shot career, from 1961 to 1972.
He ran the shot nether Hall of Fame backmost Johnny Unitas, and, successful 1965, was the league’s archetypal “emergency” backmost erstwhile some Unitas and backup QB Gary Cuozzo were injured, according to an ESPN report.
Over 12 seasons, Matte rushed for 4,646 yards and scored 45 touchdowns.
